Kelly Kuterbach is a Staff Attorney in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic at South Jersey Legal Services. She received a Juris Doctorate in 2006 from the City University of New York School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies in 2003 from San Diego State University.
