TLC HomeCare Services was founded by two local Burlington County women, Kelly McCabe Tandourjian and Patti Maltese. Both are Certified Nurse's Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (CHHA). They have worked together for many years and each has management, recruiting and healthcare insurance expertise through their work with AmeriHealth, J&J Staffing Resources, and other top companies. Their clinical work in nursing homes in the area plays an essential part in helping them understand client needs and the care level required.
